A 250 hour Foundation & 150 hour Advanced, Yoga Alliance approved, teacher trainer plus programme delivered by Stretch in London, Spain & Rishikesh.

The Stretch Teacher Trainings are of exceptionally high quality, fully comprehensive & life changing experiences. Stretch is one of few Yoga schools to be accredited with the trainer plus status. We offer a 250 hour foundation level, semi-intensive training, with one week’s retreat at the stunning Suryalila Retreat Centre in Southern Spain, and the remaining hours completed in London. For further education we offer a 150 hour Advanced teacher training split into two modules, East & West. You will have a weeks immersive retreat in the 'home' of Yoga, Rishikesh and a weeks study completed in London. With our semi-intensive approach for both the foundation & advanced level trainings, you are able to experience the intensity of a retreat training & fully immerse yourself in the experience for a short while, before returning to London and learning how to integrate your teachings into the Western world.
